Liver Qi stagnation includes the following symptoms: distending pain along the sides of the body, deep breathing, easily irritated or depressed, chest distention, and frequent belching.

Liver Qi stagnation is often the cause of disorders like premenstrual syndrome (PMS), gastrointestinal disorders, menstrual pain and irregularity, and migraine headaches.

Chai Hu Shu Gan Tang   acts to soothe the liver and disperse the stagnated liver Qi. The Chinese medicine consists of a delicate combination of seven Chinese herbs as outlined below.
